3.4 Verification Process

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Withdrawal Without Meeting Wagering Requirements

If you wish to withdraw without completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited. However, the original deposited amount may still be withdrawn, unless there are other restrictions on the account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be claimed within a specified time limit.
• One welcome bonus applies per account, household, address, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• fancywin apps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If any fraudulent activity is carried out to obtain a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on fancywin apps are operated on platforms from reliable software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), free from external interference. The rules applicable to each game are described within the game's own interface.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting category. These limits are set at the platform's discretion and may change without prior notice. Higher limits may apply to VIP members in certain categories.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server disconnection, network failure, or other technical issues, fancywin apps reserves the right to determine the outcome of that game based on system logs. In such situations, the platform's decision is final.

6.4 Sports Betting

8.1 Platform Authority

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your own account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Before the account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance (subject to wagering conditions being met). 8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. Before any decision is made regarding an inactive account, contact will be made via the registered mobile number or email.
